Tomorrow the diet begins :cry1:

I am currently weighing in at 11st 4lb :thumbdown: :cross: :shock1: omg

I have had my last dunk of a chocolate biscuit for a long time :cry1:

Good Luck. I put on weight seeing others eat things like that, i walk round with a raw carrot in my hand or a stick of celery and i gain weight. :angry1:

That's my problem, I don't do celery or carrot or anything healthy :cry1:

When we were away last week, I managed 9 hot donuts, 3 fry ups, 2 danish pastries (yum yummity yum) and goodness knows what else (not in one sitting I hasten to add hehe

I just weighed myself. This is the time of day when I'm at my heaviest.

I just weighed in at 8st 13lb. In the morning, I'll be about 8st 10lb. hehe

No Kim, you don't need to diet :thumbup:

Day 1

Brekkie - cornflakes with about 3 grains of sugar :cry1:
Lunch - 1 miserable Ryvita, cherry toms, lettuce and a bit of chicken.
Dinner - Tuna with a teaspone of mayonaise, salad and slice of dry toast.

Forgot, a bit of melon - mmmmmm tasty, I think not :angry1:

Day 2 :angry1:

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and 7fl oz of semi skimmed milk (didn't have any skimmed)

Lunch - 1 tin of tomato Watch Watchers soup and 3 oatcakes - whoopee doo. The oatcakes smelt and tasted like envelopes :cry1:

Dinner - 2 slices of wholemeal toast and 3 tablespoons of reduced salt and sugar baked beans

Good tip from S.W.

Take a Mars bar ( or any of your fav choc bar) Cut into cm wide slices (ish) haha, wrap and freeze.

When you need ur choc fix, take one out ( Yes, I'm sorry, just one Vickie lol ) and suck it. It will last you ages therefore giving you your fix!!!!!!

Weetibix :cry1:

Wholemeal roll with a stingy slice of turkey and salad :cry1:

Spinach and cheese (1oz low fat) omlette :D with salad

Here's to weight loss when I jump on the scales on Sunday :bounce: I suppose I should think about doing some exercise :cry2: :cry2:
