Title: Fluff n Funky
Description: Funky has been rehomed

It is with real regret :cry1: that I am going to try and find loving forever homes for the two Lionheads that I have been taking care of since their original owner couldn't care for them due to ill health.
The are both bucks, both neutered.
I have no idea whether they have ever been vaccinated. I haven't been able to do this yet due to just not having the spare cash. This is the main reason I am giving them up really, the cost of buying them a big enough hutch (the one they came in is too small) vaxing them and insuring them is too high for me at this time. So of course the new owners will need to be able to house them in a much larger hutch or shed.
They are not a bonded pair and can go to separate homes. I have tried to bond them without success on several occasions but they take one look at eachother and fight! I have tried to bind them with my other buns too but they just attack them. (Of course someone with a bit more experience might manage to do this)
Funky is the larger and nicer bun of the two, he is happy to be cuddled for ages and would make a fab house bun, he'll use the litter tray when he's out of the hutch and he is quite a quiet bun who likes to sprawl out on the carpet and chill. I've had no problems with him trying to chew anything either. I wondered if he might be a cross breed but his last owner assures me that the breeder said he was purebred although he is on the large side.

Fluff is shyer than Funky but still a really lovely bun, and once you catch him he will sit and be brushed and stroked without too much fuss. He too would make a lovely house bun, he likes to chill out on the carpet, will use a litter tray and again, no chewing problems so far. He is a bit picky with his food but now I've reduced his pellets he's eating more hay - doesn't seem want to eat grass and doesn't eat much greens though.

Neither bun has ever tried to bite me - they really are nice buns.
Please get in touch if you can give them a forever home
I feel so awful doing this but it is the right decision for their long term care and welfare :cry2:

Nope, not one enquiry. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can advertise them? I'm not wiling to put them on freecycle or in the bargain pages etc.

Did you put in the 'rabbits in need' section on RR? They might get more people looking there rather than on the other bit.

I don't think I noticed that bit, I'll check, thx Sarah
edit: I have looked and can't find that section, can you post a link please?
