Title: Chewing
justine - November 6, 2008 10:21 AM (GMT)
Snowy has started chewing the inside of the playhouse, around the window frames. They have full access to the whole of the garden in the daytime when I'm here, which is almost all of the time, with plenty of other things to chew but she chooses to sit in the house and destroy it. Flip is just sitting there watching her. hehe

I think Snowy just knows what she's not supposed to chew. She has a thing for the hosepipe too. hehe We keep buying a new one, then forget to put it away, so when we turn it on, we get spurts of water going in all directions from all of the holes shes chewed. hehe

The grey Lionhead, Fluff, that I am still trying to rehome is a chewer too. He is neutered but he prefers to chew his hutch instead of his toys or willow sticks.
hehe

Mine chew on the inside of the hutch, little bleeders.
Last yer, I had taken my rotary washing line down and laid it out of the way on the decking. When we went to put it back up, the line was in shreds hehe.
They have also chewed a hole through Liams footy goal.

My big bun chews the side of the hutch legs that is in the conservatory ( where they both went in at night originally) She also on rainy days ( when we won't let her out) has a go at the coffee table in the front room, and takes to flicking her litter out of the litter tray. We put a large box filled with paper shreddings into the open side of the hutch and she seems to be ok chewing on the box , the litter tray thing is another matter!

Ahhh the great chewathon
Mine go through phases each month!
The upstairs carpet was a biggie beacuse they wanted to get into the bedroom which is the most exciting place in the world for a bunny.sadly the carpet was brand new and I don't appreciate the modifications they have made.
Next was the plaster surround which was pretty much an attention seeking activity with Moggy enjoying the chasemechase action
This month we have all the cardboard boxes from xmas purchases and I am happy for them to make as much mess aas they like!
It sounds like yours wanted to make the gardening a little more exciting!
