How terrible is the 'duty of care' that was not given to this poor little boy!!!!! How can babies and children be let down like this?

It seems like this country is never going to sort these problems out. There keeps being inquiries and they say lessons have been learnt but it always happens again. :angry:

They don't do they! That poor little boy was basically left to the mercy of his mum and stepdad - they always say that 'these things WONT happen again!!'

This little boy was clearly neglected from a very very early age, and his first injuries were noted at 3 months !!!

Why the :angry: was he left there!!!!!!!!!
