Are you trying to enter an URL for a photo on photobucket or other host or are you trying to upload from your computer?

Right, if you have the pic on your computer, goto your avatar settings, click browse and then double click on the picture you want, then click 'update avatar'.
Does that work?

Hi, no prob! I just tried and it said it had failed as disabled! I will give it another go . I love the xmas skin by the way - it looks great.

I just checked your account details, but can't see anything wrong that would stop you uploading.
Do you know how to use photobucket, to upload your pictures on there and then copy and paste the code?

Thanks Justine, yeah I do have photobucket so will try that. I think it might be this old thing in all honesty, as it keeps crashing. I will give it another bash tomorrow. thanks again.

I'm having the same problem. Have followed instructions but stil no luck. Is this because the administraters haven't enabled it. I also get that my account hasn't been enabled to acces this part of the website. Help please. :bunhug:

Everything should be enabled. And I have no idea why its telling you you can't access. :confused:
I'll go and have a look to see if I can spot a problem.

Lesley, I just did your sig for you. If you want to change the font, size or colour, if you just highlight your text, then click on the font etc, when you post, it should alter it for you xx :)
I couldn't see anything wrong with the settings either Justine, but then I'm not too bright haha haha

Nope, there's nothing wrong with the settings.
When does it tell you that you can't access? What message does it give you?
