I've been trying to find a new home for Fluff for about 6 months now and although just in the last 2 months I have had 5 enquiries about him, nobody has made the trip to come and see him to appreciate how lovely he is. :cry1:

Anyway, Underhill Rabbit Rescue were advertising a Thistle Hall/Lodge from Pets at Home on Freecycle. The lady was kind enought to let me have it for Fluff. I collected it yesterday and today I have cleaned it up and put it together. It was a bit grubby, it needed a scrub and some new screws but it's pretty solid and much bigger than his old one. I popped him in today and he wasn't too impressed, stamping his feet :cross: and then hiding in the sleeping part. :hide:

So I popped to the shops to give him chance to settle in and when I got back he was having a good old nose and he happily tucked into his bowl of veg! :thumbup:

So it looks like he'll now be a permanent resident thanks to the kindness of the lady at Underhills. :hug:

He certainly does, I think he looks like Seth Armstrong but that doesn't begin with 'F' and all my buns have to have names beginning with 'F'- I know what you're thinking, lol

I had a phone call today about a new home for Fluff (I had forgotten to take his details off rabbitrehome) They had a huge hutch, run and a neutered lady bun waiting for him. It was love at first sight!

So he's gone to live in a lovely new home with a huge garden where he can roam free and have some well earned ladybun company! :thumbup:

It was sad to see him go as I had got used to the fact that he'd become a permanant resident but when I saw where he would be going I knew he'd have a far happier life with a friend to keep him company. :bounce:

They are going to send me some piccies of him with his new girlfriend as soon as they are bonded.
