Title: Missing - Claudia Lawrence

I'm sure all of you have seen this is in the news. As I live in York it's really hit home and is such a sad story that she has gone missing. Even though I don't know her, everyone here is pulling together to try to piece together information in the hope that she returns safe and sound. My thoughts are with her as well as her friends and family at this tough time. x x

ps...I don't want to forget the fact that many other people are missing at this time too, so my thoughts are there aswell. x x

It's really awful isn't it. I hope she is found safe and well, but as time goes on, it seems more and more unlikely :(

My thoughts go out to all that know and love her.

I quite often think about all the missing people there are in the world. I sometimes visit a site ( some psychic bloke in the states) and there are hundreds of missing adults and children on there, and I bet that is only a few of the millions that go missing every year !!! It's scary stuff !

Did they find her Vickie?

Unfortunately, she was never found :(

That's very sad Vickie :cry2:

Not knowing must be the worst feeling, like Madeline McCann 's parents. I know they hope she's found alive but I'm guessing that even if they found her body they could grieve and begin to come to terms. Having nothing must be dreadful.

A bit like our pets, especially cats. I dread Po not coming home one day and never knowing what happened to her.

Yep, the not knowing is sheer torture. Realistically, we will probably never find out :(
