Hi guys
Elliot managed to find himself a piece of redundant chocolate under the sofa, he has had a few nibbles(before i could stop him).
Will he be ok.
Have vacumed under sofa now, could not understand why he liked it under there so much. :shock:

Just keep a close eye on him, how much is a few nibbles and how big was the bar?

Im not sure but by the looks of it, it was a really hard peice of chocolate (Tesco's own) so i think by judging it he had a few nibbles.
I ahve blocked up sofa now and i think he's a bit piddled off with mommy.

Mopsey has eaten one frozen pizza and half a box of Thorntons, plus herbal tablets ...... the list is endless hehe

omg
thats so funny. was he sick.
mines only a baby so thats why i am worried.
he seems fine though he ate it at six tonight, eating fine just drank loads of water,
is leaving me lovely bunny chocolate chips all over said place.

Chocolate is poisonous to bunnies so I hope Elliot is ok. :kiss:
Bunnies can't be sick like other animals can.

If he'd eaten enough to be poorly I'm guessing he would be showing some sign by now.
When I thought one of my bunnies had eaten anti histamines I rang the emergency vet and they rang the toxic 'helpline' (whatever that is) but no bunny had been logged as ever eating them before so they were not much help to me but I'm guessing Elliot isn't the only bunny to have nibbled on chocolate. You could call them for reassurance to be on the safe side.
I'm sure he'll be just fine though Jenny, :hug:

search through for chocolate
there are seven scrape like bites on the chocolate. Baby scrapes.
hes skipping and jumping around room at the mo.
he is grooming, poo seems to be fine.
looks like mommy is on the night shift again.
just trying vet and its engaged. :cry1:
