Title: Yoooo Hooooo!!!

justine - October 27, 2009 10:40 AM (GMT)
Hello girlies, :hello: Bet you thought you had seen the last of me.

I'm so sorry I abandoned the forum. I've had a lot going on here and haven't been up to posting but I have been in the background often. I promise to try and post more from now on although I'm a bit slow at typing at the moment as I have tennis elbow and only have one hand to type with. I am supposed to be resting it. :faint: Not and easy feat when you have a house and 3 kids to feed, clothe and run around after.

At the moment Ashley spends a lot of time on my computer in the evening and the daytime when they are off school, so I just get on when I can. He's getting his own lap top for xmas so then hopefully, MY computer will be all MINE. hehe

Vickie, thank you so much for the chat the other night. That did me the world of good.

Bunnies are doing great thanks Kim. Snowy is still being thoroughly spoilt as a house bun and Flip absolutely loves her new man. She so much happier than she was with Snowy.

Vickie, my elbow is still bad. Taking lots of painkillers and I'm back to the docs tomorrow for my other matter.

Sarah, Sometimes I wish I had emigrated. hehe Life might be easier. hehe

Thank you all.

A friend of mine had this problem with his elbow too, he use to have some sort of injection into it

I have an old friend on Facebook who had tennis elbow too and she did research on the steroid injections. Apparantly, it doesn't heal the tendon, just stops the pain so you then start using the arm thinking it's better but you are still doing more damage. You can only have a maximum of 3 steroid injections which can last for only 6 weeks at a time sometimes.

Yep, I've heard this too regarding steroid - it's not a treatment as such, just a form of relief, as you say.

Think the kids will have to hide the tennis bats from you hehe Sorry, couldn't resist
