Title: Nails

justine - March 8, 2010 09:39 AM (GMT)
I cut Snowy's nails last night. Vickie knows what I'm like cutting buns nails. After making Flip bleed and Snowy freaking when I tried one time, I have been taking them to the vet but I decided to try again with Snowy. I didn't cut a lot off but I did it. She seems to have one missing though. Looks like it's fallen out but it's healed fine and I have never found the nail or any blood anywhere.

I'm going to start letting her run around the garden to wear them down more. I just have to choose the right time, when Bobby is in his house having a snooze or something.

Bobby was in his house so I've shut him in and opened the backdoor for Snowy. It will probably take her ages to get the courage to go out as she hasn't been out for a long time.

Ah well done  My two are very good at having their claws done, Lynx is the more wriggly out of the two.....no suprises there then hehe

Well, as I finished typing my last post, I looked around for Snowy and she was gone. It only took her a minute or two to go out there. She's now wandering around chinning everything possible.

I gave up and shut the door and let bobby back out of his house at 1pm. Snowy was lovely and warm sitting under her table, by the radiator.

Bunny is (quite surprisingly...) good at having his nails cut. He can be a good boy sometimes :bunhug:

With one of the nails I cut last night, I'm sure she went to bite me which made me even more nervous.

The little monkey.

None of mine relish the thought of having their nails done, once I get my momentum going, it's like shelling peas.
